Insurance & Payment

We work with most PPO insurance plans. If you have an HMO or a different type of plan, we will still look at your coverage and explain your options so you can decide how to move forward.

We will:

• Review your insurance information before your visit when possible
• Verify benefits and estimate your portion for recommended treatment
• Explain what is covered and what is not in plain language
• Answer your questions so you can choose what feels right for you

You have several ways to pay for your visit and any treatment you choose.

We accept:

• Most major credit and debit cards
• Cash and personal checks
• HSA and FSA cards for eligible services
• Contactless and online payments
• Assignment of benefits for covered services when allowed

If you are not sure which option is best, we can talk through it with you at the front desk or during your consultation.

We never want cost to be the reason you delay important care.

For patients who prefer to spread payments out over time, we offer:

• Third-party financing options such as CareCredit and similar plans, often with low- or no-interest terms for qualified applicants
• In-office monthly payment arrangements tailored to the length and cost of your treatment
• Help with completing financing applications and choosing timelines that fit your budget
• Guidance on using HSA or FSA funds for eligible services

If you need same-day care for an emergency, we will focus on getting you comfortable first, then review payment and financing options before moving into any additional treatment.
