When You Arrive

As you arrive, you’re greeted by name.

Nurse Krista helps you get settled, review any forms, and answer quick questions. If you’ve completed paperwork online, check-in is fast and simple, so you can focus on your visit instead of the clipboard.

You’ll never feel rushed. We book extra time for first visits so you can talk, see your images, and understand your options.

Conversation Comes First

Next, Dr. Michael comes to the lobby to introduce himself and walk you back.

In your treatment room, you’ll see details prepared just for you, such as a welcome message on the screen. This is part of the curated experience they envisioned for the studio.

Before any X-rays or photos, Dr. Michael asks about:

Your main concerns
What you like and don’t like about your smile
Any past dental experiences that have made you nervous
How your schedule and budget look

This helps us match our recommendations to your real life, not just what we see on a chart.

Visual Exam and Imaging

Once we know your goals, we move into imaging and your exam.

We explain each step before we begin, so nothing feels like a surprise. When needed, this may include:

Digital X-rays
Clinical photos of your teeth and smile
3D scans to map your bite and tooth wear
AI-supported reviews of your images

Then we sit together and review everything on a large screen. You see the same photos and scans we see. We point out areas of concern, answer your questions, and talk about what is urgent, what can wait, and what is optional.

The goal is a clear “snapshot” of your oral health today, so you can make choices with confidence.

Cosmetic and Facial Esthetic Conversation
